Refractory and Castable Installation work
Preparation of 3d virtual / computer models of all the individual elements of the melting furnace (metallic parts, graphite parts, refractory parts, instruments etc.) and assembled melting furnace and walkthrough (video) of the assembling of melting furnace showing the construction sequence of the furnace from start to end. (Software used shall be REVIT, 3DS max, Navis Works etc.)
Supply and installation of castable refractory (80% alumina) type as per specification for melting furnaces including for the lid.
Supply and installation of refractory bricks of size 230x115x 75mm having 80% Alumina content, using binding materials and refractory cement, as per technical specifications for melting furnaces
Supply and installation of refractory bricks of size 230x115x 75mm having 64% Alumina content, using binding materials and refractory cement, as per technical specifications for melting furnaces
Supply and installation of refractory bricks of size 230x115x75/53mm (tapered) having 80% Alumina content, using binding materials and refractory cement, as per technical specifications for melting furnaces

Assembling of melting furnace and its lid and installing the same on the foundation provided as per the drawings and technical specifications, including heating and curing of refractories,cleaning the furnaces, placing the graphite elements supplied by the owner, packing of lid with refractory / other insulation materials like HYSIL block, 30% refractory, refractory wool etc., placing the lid and closing, inserting metal electrodes and packing the space between electrodes and metal with insulation materials etc. as per the technical specifications and as directed by technical experts present at site, including supply of materials, manpower, machinery, tools etc. complete.
Preparation of 3d virtual / computer models of all the individual elements of the multi-polar cell (metallic parts, graphite parts, refractory parts, instruments etc.) and assembled multipolar cell and walkthrough (video) of the assembling of multi-polar cell showing the construction sequence of the cell from start to end.(Software used shall be REVIT, 3DS max, Navis Works etc.)
Supply of 10 nos wooden replicas of the anode bipole and demonstration of alignment of end-wall and partition wall refractories to ensure the angle and inter electrode distance,before making actual assembly of the spinel bricks inside the cell.
