Providing and fixing 1st class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-incharge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. 450 mm X 300 mm in all shades and design.

Providing and fixing chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6 mm, laid on floors, footpath & courtyard on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete. Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory,Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with greycement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the jointswith white cement and matching pigment etc. allcomplete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 19.13.1 25 to 40 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing hand rail using structural steel etc. of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete as required:-G.I.pipes.
