Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) and M&L Rendering 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats white wash on ceiling surfaces complete by using Rollers complete surface all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) and M&L Rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces (Internal surfaces) of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface or old treated surface of wall by applying 1mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper using roller for painting complete by using rollers all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) and M&L Rendering 15mm (10+5 mm in two coats) thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces of wall with water proofing admixture with 2nd coat of plaster finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separatly)

M&L for Preparing of new plastered surface of wall and finishing walls 1 mm thick wallcare putty with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm and using automatic airless spray machine complete all as specified & directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja for applying 1 mm thick white cement base with wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint the cost of all material. T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and cutting of trunk, branches of tree and Cutting or uprooting grass , then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal applying 1 mm thick white cement base wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes by using rollers complete all as specified and as directed Note:- (i) The old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint the cost of all material. T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Emulsion paint work shall to be paid under item No. 4. (ii) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall/ceiling of projection/chajja. , of approved make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed Note:- (i) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacture shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) All the material to be incorporated on the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of primer and paint for each building. (iv) The colour/shade will be all as approved by GE. (v) The cost of scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.
