M & L for shifting Transformer of capacity 200 KVA ~ 750KVA from its position at any substation at Dolphin Hill under AGE EM -I using cranes after disconnecting all the cables from HV/LV sides, securing the cable ends properly by insulating covering material, detaching all the earthing connections, transporting it to workshop for repair and transporting it back to the substation at Dolphin Hill and re-instating the transformer including all the cable connection, earthing connection , after doing insulation resistance test and restoring the electric supply as before all complete as specified and directed.

M & L for shifting Transformer/RMU Unit of any capcity from its position at any substation at Dolphin Hill under AGE EM -I using cranes after disconnecting all the cables from HV/LV sides, securing the cable ends properly by insulating covering material, detaching all the earthing connections, and transporting it to any other sub-station as directed by Engineer-in-charge in the interest of restoring electric supply and re-instating the transformer including all the cable connection, earthing connection , after doing insulation resistance test and restoring the electric supply as before all complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Dehydration and Filtration of oil in transformers / Voltage stabilizers / Oil insulaed RMUs installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS with portable dehydration cum filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transformer etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Power oil/ Transol/ Sabitha Chemicals

Supply and replace silica Gel into breather of transformers complete all as directed

M & L for re-winding of HT 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer of capacity 200 ~ 750 KVA of any make by opening the Transformer core, HV windings, Insulating strips safely, inspecting the damaged winding , and re-winding the HV winding with new copper wires of same guagewith new DPC insulation to the copper conductor , heating the core chamber to a suitable operating temperature etc as directed by Engr-in-charge, and assembling the cores, windings etc in the transformer completely all complete as specified.

Dismantling Existing earthing and providing new new maintenance free chemical earthing complete with 40mm X 300mm advance chemical earthing pipe with (Strip in pipe Technology) with 50 kg of back fill compound buried directly in ground (Rocky soil) with earth pit not less than 2.5 Mtr deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal GL connected to existing copper strip as earth strip by means of SS bolts,nuts,check nuts and washers all as per IS 3043-1987 all as specified or indicated including testig on completion and as directed.The earth resistance shall be measured using fall of potential method as per Para 37 of IS:3043 & combined resistance should be less than 1 Ohms. NOTE:- The unit rate shall be deemed to include for Excavation & Earth work in any type of soil,PCC (1:3:6) type chamber,RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD Bars@75mm c/c both ways,MS handle 12mm dia and funnel.
