Taking down / dismaintling / disconnection of Laundry plant , boilers/sluicing machine/drying tumblers and DG Sets of any type and size from its original position and depositing in to E/M yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of company assembled diesel driven engine, silent DG set of capacity 125 KVA, complying CPCB-IV Norms( CPCB IV+Compliant) with the fallowing specification:-

1. ENGINE:- (a) Engine QSB4.5 Series/QSB4.5 2 Series( CPCB IV+Compliant) ,4 cylinder,In-line 4 strok,radiator cooled . (b) Robust and efficient air handling system with (i) Dry type and replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator (ii) Optimized turbo charger for increased altitude capabilitied (c) Optimised fule consumption with common rail electronic injection. (d) Spine on single fule filter with water seprater. (e) Cooling system is designed and tested for 50 degree centigrade ambiance condition. (f) Fuel flow spine on lube oil filter. 2. ALTERNATOR:- (a) Brushless type, screen protected, revolving field self exited alternator confirming to IS/ IEC 60034-1. (b) Better motor starting capability. (c) Best in class efficiency. (d) Compact design with sealed bearing for longer life and lesser maintenance. (e) Impregnation on all wound components for better mechnical strength. 3. 6. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- (a) Specially designed to meet stringent MoFF / CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75 % load under free field conditions. (b) The acoustic enclosure is made CRCA sheets in Munsell green shade and a structural / sheet metal base frame painted in black. Supply installed and commissioning of Steam Boiler of capacity 600 Kg/Hrs output diesel operated installed at existing position including all connection as safety valve pressure 10.5 Kg/Cm 3 ph 415 V 50 Hz with motor 1.5 KW 2830 RPM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Make:- Thermax, Delta Therm, Alfa entek, Note- Steam boiler shall be tested as per latest IBR Norms and the quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of same.

Supply installation and testing and commisoning Commercial Industrial sluicing machine 30 Kg cap double door heavy duty , clean room technology, Soft mount Type, The machine shall be of " Soft Mount, High Spin" type . Features shall include double door for dirty and clean area for the linen. The machine would have doors one for loading and another door for unloading with galvanized frame, heavy duty rear gable and bearing support, four - compartment automatic flush detergent supply box, one frequency controlled motor, prgrammable microprocessor.

(f) INNER DRUM- Should be made of Stainless steel AISI-304 The drum should be fitted with 4 lifters. The diameter of the perforation holes should be 8 mm for better perforation and fast drying with 2 loads per hour. (g) RESIDUAL MOISTURE CONTROL- features for the continuous measurement for the garments in the cycle to prevent over drying and thus saving energy and time. (h) SAFETY FEATURES- The tumble dryer should be equipped with overheating protection and a temprature sensor that turns off the heat if the airflow is clogged. (i) INSTALLATION- The tumble dryer should be having design for quick and simple installation by using the adjustable levelling feet. Note for item No 18 to 21:- Comparative test result of losses (Iron and copper) between Level-II and above Transformer (Level III) shall be done and submitted.
