M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor & pavement including finishing surface even & fair complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil/ material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in floor anad pavement including finishing top surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F for false ceiling at height with GRG (Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595X595 mm of approved texture, design and pattterns having moisture content less than 2% humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8825: 1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (Part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended inter locking metel T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) comprising of main-T runners of size 15X12 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15X12 of length 1200 mm and secondary intermidate cross-T of size 15X12 mm of length 600 mm to from grid module of size 600X600 mm suspended from ceiling using Galvanized mild steel items( galvanizing @ 80 grams per Sqm) i,e 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24X24X0.40 mm of lenght 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall good screw.all as specifed and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief.

S &F for 5.50 mm thick sheet glass (tinted /reflective type) complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&Ffor 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations both sides fixed with screws to timber/Aluminium frame work fixed complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly or untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exc 1.50 m wide and 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cespits , manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

M&L for Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections conforming to Fe 410W (gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

S&F for concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of 900mm dia tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sqcm with tape (0.5mm thick) and weight 43.478 Gm/mtr complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Drawing No. CE/ALD/TD/170-ST dated 31 Mar 2009 may be referred)

M&L for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement but mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete upto hegiht 12 mtr high building including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly or untreated plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of olive green colour as base coat over and including a priming coat of exterior primer and making camouflage pattern (in Sigma pattern as approved by the GE) by applying two more coats of different coloured patches in different shapes as directed complete to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with proguard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No. 49 and 50 -: The work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer of Paints proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer).

M&L for applying 3mm thick (average thickness) wall care putty on wall and finishing the walls to an even and smooth surface by sand papering etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cemet concrete of any description of roofs,floors other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landings, chajjas and simillar suspended work complete and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land

M&L for 20mm granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms nd like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete

M&L for 20mm granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings etc, (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete) all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with mild steel clamps at suitable interval complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of bore 110 mm all as specified.
