REPAIR MAINT OF ROOF LEAKAGE SEEPAGE/ROOF TREATMENT, SANITRY FITTING ETC IN POCKET 01 TO 04 OF AGE BR UNDER GE ROORKEE

M & L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class ‘B’ Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / leveling course etc including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and laid in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite 14-16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl molding of front side if required including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing sunken floor n.exc 450mm deep in toilets/WCs / Bathrooms and removing the cinder/concrete from sunken portion and re-laying of sunken floor as specified below:- (a) cleaning of RCC surfaces to remove all loose dirt, dust, loose particles etc with compressed air or by any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding sharp edges (if any) etc (b) M&L for applying glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd.(d). (c) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound of approved make as per manufactirer's instructions. (d) M&L for filling of sunken portion with 40 mm graded broken brick aggregate including levelling, watering and ramming to a true surface. (e) M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished fair and even all as specified. (f) Cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra to be paid on this account. Note :-(i) Only plan area of the toilet/WC/bath shall be measured for payment purposes. M & L Non - skid Ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs for manholes, kitchen platform etc and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:6) with joints to match demolition of RCC of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.(Rreinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition & rate shall be deemad included quoted rate.) complete all as specified and directed.(Reinforcement measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl laid over as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, etc, including 10 mm thick rendring in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic colour joint free tiles in vertical surface size 450X 350X 7 mm/ 450x 300 x7mm thick as required set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
