Technical Bid

RequiredAgency shall provide only vehicles of model year 2020 or Latest and with less than 50,000km run. Vehicles with more than 1 lakh km run will be rejected and those with 50,000 to 75,000 km may be accepted at discretion of Commissioner at 5percent less price over notified maximum and with 75,000 to 90,000 with 10 percentage less price over notified maximum

RequiredAnnual turnover certificate from the CA for an amount not less than Rs.65,41,000/- at least once in last 3 financial years mentioning the UDIN

RequiredAudit Report from a Chartered Accountant for the financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 mentioning the UDIN

RequiredCopy of the Registered company under Companies Act 2013 and/or Proprietorship act 1954 or latest amendment or any other valid registration

RequiredDocument stating that the vehicle to be provided is compulsorily registered separate document to be submitted for each vehicle

RequiredIncome Tax Return Copy filed for the financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

RequiredList of vehicles to be provided with name of registered owner, make and model, year of purchase, number of km run

RequiredTax paid copy of the vehicle being serviced. Submit a separate document for each vehicle

RequiredThe agency/supplier must have 02 no. AC and 06 no. non-AC vehicles registered in its/their name

RequiredValid insurance certificate of the vehicle to be provided. Submit a separate document for each vehicle

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
