Special repairs to repair/replacement of LT Overhead line to LT UG cable network at Wellesly line, Shivaji Coy OTM accn at DSC Centre Kannur under AGE (I) CANNANORE.

Amount

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m and n.exc. 3m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing hard standing/ bituminous road surfaces for laying cable / GI pipe etc and providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) ,type B2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling road cuttings surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation required below paving/road shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for GI tubing, 40mm bore light grade, galvanized, with all fittings required such as bends, Tees, elbows, sockets, fixing clamps etc for protection of cable/GI strip in road crossing/fixing on ploe, wall etc including removing old unserviceable pipe any size all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as above item No 5 but 80mm bore light grade, GI tubing etc all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and spreading in natuaral riddled soil as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches burnt brick sub class B of locally available size 20x9x6cms for protection of UG cable laid flat and dry over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay including fixing and connecting electrically XLPE insulated LT underground cable, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor multi-stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trench, fixed on wall/pole drawn through pipe etc including provision of lugs & testing of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 3.5 core 120 sqmm Note for item 9 to 12: Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate include of making connection to LT panel/feeder pillar box/junction box through suitable size aluminium lugs and cable glands.

All as per item No 9 here in before but 3.5 core 95 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling rusted cross arms of any type and any size including insulators, bracing support clamps and back plate by unscrewing bolt and nuts etc from pole all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable insulators of any size, type, capacity complete all as directed

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly including insulators complete all as directed

Dismantling of defective/perished ACSR conductor over head line from existing pole, service feeder or distribution span all as directed

M & L for PVC weather proof junction boxes of size 250 x200 x100 mm with PVC connector, heavy duty connector 4 way 16 amps and one MCB SP, 6 Amps and making necessary cable connection all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric connection with two runs of single core 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated, unsheathed multistanded, 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit with all accessories such as bend, elbow, socket, tee saddles etc including 1.5 Sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded 1100 V grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed on pole with 3Nos suitable clamps, nut, bolts and washers from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 runs of 1.5 Sq mm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for concrete as in pole coping including use and waste of form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm thick by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe up to test point etc including excavation and charcoalt ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I Note :- Rate quoted shall deem to include for GI earth wire and GI pipe lead upto 7.5m length.
