WOOD WORK

Fixing available well seasoned second class teak wood members in places of damaged one and already removed from position such as door and window frames, rafters, ridge, wall plate, collar, collar pin, flooring joists etc including all labour for ornamental cutting, steps, moulding etc. wherever necessary as per the existing size and shape using already dismantled departmental roof members including all scaffolding charges.

Supplying and fixing the door with wooden frame covered with Bamboo ply on either sides including iron mongeries and the protective coating.

EARTH WORK

2.6.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil

ROOFING WORK

Providing and laying approved make, MP tiles of 320 mm or nearest size over reeper bands (already done) to correct lines and levels including the cost, conveyance of all materials etc. including scaffolding charges complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing on ceiling factory pressed clay decorative floral tile (under mangalore tile roof) of 320mm x 200 mm x 12mm and as per approved pattern on frame work complete including scaffolding charges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. frame work to be paid separately).

Providing and laying MP hip and ridge tiles 1st class set in surki mortar (1: 1/2:8) including finishing edges, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

FINISHING WORK

od257712/2019_2020 : Filling the major cracks by providing and applying approved products like Asian Paints-Smartcare Hybrid PU Sealant in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable method including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in- Charge.

13.9.1 : Cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.12 mm cement plaster

Plastering with lime mortar 1:2:9,(1cement:2 lime:9 fine sand )12mm thick using lime mortar and adequate quantity of herbals such as Jaggery, kadukka water and etc for old surface for traditional works including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour,scaffolding, curing, lead lift , etc complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Preparation of lime may be as per specification no.6.0

Applying white or colour wash by mixing glue & indigo as per requirement three or more coats to surfaces such as walls,columns, ceiling etc, including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Preparation of lime may be as per specification no 11.7 and test certificate of lime may be produced by the agency

13.46.1 : Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Applying sealer compound after Preparing the surface/cracks with suitable wooden fillets after cleaning and smoothing the surface and grooves with special chisel/tools applying 1 or more coat of wooden filler diluted in special thinner.Entire surface will be sand papering smooth manually without disturbing the wooden carving details.Then Apply second coat of wooden filler and sand papering smoothly.Then the entire surface will be applied with two or more coat of sealer compound

FLOORING WORKS

Providing and laying at all levels average 50mm thick VDF monolithic flooring laid to slope as per requirements, comprising of 1 portion of cement and 2 parts of coarse sand and 4 parts of 12.5 mm down size stone aggregate by volume . The floor shall be laid in panels formed with the PVC strips of 35 mm x 6 mm of size not more than 10 sq.m. (one side not exceeding 3 m) including sprinkling non-metallic (chemical) floor hardener Nitoflor hard top of Fosroc at the rate of 3 Kg/sqm. before final machine trowelling and finishing as per manufacturer's specification and as per approved layout and curing etc. including all labour, material, plant & equipment etc.,at basement area and other locations complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

STEEL WORK

10.16.3 : Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion as per manufacturers specification including drilling and plugging holes etc.:With Biflex TC 0.05 concentration.

2.32 : Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Removal of tree growth from walls and floors of the building by using a chemical mix combination as specified.Phenol=250gms,Sodium Hydroxide=250gms,Caseine=200gms,Arsenic Trioxide=500gms.These chemicals are to be mixed thoroughly and applied to the roots of the trees and wait for a period of three months to ensure that the trees has died and shrunk.complete as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.<br>Trees upto girth 10cm
