Providing and laying of dry stone soling duly hand packed including carriages by all means

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with (1: 4: 8)mix (1cement :4Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregates 40mm nominial size )crushed stone aggregates inclding.dewatering if any and head load

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with5 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

6mm Cement plaster of mix 1: 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture two or more coats on new work

Structural steel work weldded in built up section in trusses and purlins etc i/c cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

P/F of high rib profile coloured sheet roofing 0.50mm thick incluiding self drilled screws etc

P/f of colour coated plain sheeet roofing for ridges of 450wide including cost of self drilled screws of j hooks
