S & F in repairs GI water tubing of 20 mm bore, medium grade conforming to IS - 1239 [Part - 1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rotational Moulded Polythene [HDPE] Water Tanks, Triple Layered, ISI Marked, Cylindrical & Vertical Type 250 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 40mm/25mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes complete including taking down old tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions and providing pressure Guniting averaging 40mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sq.cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 duly modifying the mortar with and including suitable bonding agent of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, laid in average thickness of 40 to 100mm in columns, beams and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight formwork to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and as specified. [Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness]

M & L for filling Polymer Modified Non Shrinking Slurry using Brush Bond Powder and Nitobond BB Acrylic Emulsion of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Batik India Pvt. Ltd. for Sunken Floors for Toilets by drilling holes at 60cm interval to a depth of 60 mm, 20mm dia and applying slurry all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.

M & L for taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description including PCC padding of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM, Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm average thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 10mm graded aggregate as in Padding over roof slabs etc. including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface rough complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

S & F 110mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including necessary brackets, clamps as in rain water down pipes or laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Collapsible Steel Gates, Top Hung, consisting of Channel Pickets, Pivoted Flat Bars, Top and Bottom Runners, Brass Handles etc. as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, 9 to 10 mm thick as in Floors / Skirting, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Acid resistant tiles 15mm thick, of size not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, Vitreous Ceramic, Unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in Chemical Resistant Mortar, Resin Type, in Floors / Dado / Skirting of approved size including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from steel surfaces of any description and of any thickness by sand or grit of cast iron, malleable iron or steel or synthetic material blasting at high velocity with clean and dry compressed air blast and preparing the steel surfaces clean to receive the new treatment / painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying Polyurethane Paint of 50 Micron DFT over Two coats of Epoxy Paint of 120 Microns DFT over Two coats of Zinc Phosphate Primer of 50 Microns DFT over new or old steel surfaces of any width or girth by Spray Painting using equipment as approved by the manufacturer complete as per manufacturers instructions, all as specified and as directed. Note: Painting shall be carried out by Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only.

S & F in repairs Stainless Steel Hatch of 700mm dia, Stainless Steel Trunking of 675mm dia and 1075mm long, Stainless Steel Base Plate of 1650mm dia made of 12mm thick sections including conversion of Manual Operating system to Pneumatically and Manual system, Pneumatic operating Valves of 300 mm dia [02 Nos], Manually operated Gate Valves of 100mm dia [02 Nos], 150mm dia [01 No], 300mm dia [02 Nos] including all fitments and accessories and connected fittings and removing unserviceable materials to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs See Through Port Glass [Inspection] of 400mm dia including buffing and fitted MS Circumference Tube, packing as necessary with high grade sealants and removing unserviceable materials to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Stainless Steel Railing made with Stainless Steel Pipes of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm, of Grade AISI 304, standard quality, bright polish finish, using 50mm dia pipes for hand rail, 25mm dia pipes for vertical supports / balusters and 25mm dia pipes as in tie bars in three layers, SS tubes shall be welded at the turnings and junctions, welded portions shall be completely grinded and brought to bright and smooth finish including all bends, elbows, making holes in the floor / steps, grouting with epoxy to achieve full strength of railing complete all as specified and as directed.
