Design, Supply , Fabrication, Errection & Commissioning of 20 KLD Capacity Sewage Treatment Plant with Inlet Parameters :(ppm) BOD< 300 COD COD<650 TSS<500 TKN<55 TP<6 The system should shall be Designed based Moving Bed Biological Reactor Process only. The unit shall be fully prefabricated and skid mounted and comoleted with all electro mechanical components required to sucessfully commjssion the STP at site. The unit shall comprise of following units: 1: Manual Coarse Screen ( S316) with Raw Sewage Lifting cutter pumps (MOC: Encasing shall be in Cast Iron, Shaft shall be in SS404 & Impeller shall be in CF8M only, The rpm of the motor shall be having maximum of 1900 rpm. The pumps shall be submersible monoblock type : 2 No.s ( 1 W+ 1S) 2: MBBR Reactor ( SALR of 8.5-10 gm BOD / m3/day ). Minimum Retention time should be 8 hours. Fine Bubble Diffusers shall be provided to maintain DO of 4 ppm or above. Air Blowers shall be provided in 2 No.s ( 1W+ 1S) with accoustic Hood provisions , air filter and anti vibration plate during installation and commissioniong. The SOTC capacity of the air diffusers shall be checked at every 0.5 m depth of the MBBR unit and should be checked for dead zones. The MBBR unit shall be filled with Poly Propylene Annox Kaldness K5 type media with protected surface area of 500m2/m3. The Ash content in the biocarrier media shall be untrraceable and only

virgin material shall be used. A nitrification section / compartment shall be provided separately to ensure the Ammmonical Nitrogen is fullt nitrified. 3: Tube deck Settler : Surface Loading rate shall be <12 m3/m2/hr MOC shall be Mild Steel of sheet not less than 4 mm and coated with FRP of 2 mm thickness. The media shall be provided in hexagonal Chevron Type with inclination of media at 60deg. The media shall be filled upto height of 1 m and distrubiution cum collection weir shall be provided . 4: Dewatering Filter press : Manaually operated filter press shall be provided with adequate flow capacity of raw sludge of 0.8-1.0% consistency and the end product shall not have water content more than 80%. 5: Disinfection Unit : Sodium Hypchlorite based automatic dosing unit shall be provided with 1 working and 1 stand by chemical dosing pumps of 0-50 lpm range. The outlet parameters shall be: BOD<10, COd<50, TSS<10 , TN<10 and TP <2 ppm only The raw sewage sump and collection tank shall be provided in RCC M30. The prices shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties.

CFD ANALYSIS: Preparation and approval of CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamics ) Analysis in Basement Areas ( both levels) .CFD analysis to decide the correct location and quantity of jet fans. CFD analysis will be carried out for both normal and fire mode ventilation situation considering 6/12 ACPH, airflow strategy and control strategy to confirm the operation logic. CFD analysis will model all the cars, car parking bays, beams, structures, columns, voids, shafts, ramps, proposed fresh air route, fresh air shaft, exhaust air shaft and preliminary location of jet fans shown in the drawing. CFD output will give complete simulation of ventilation scheme not limited to velocity profile, temperature profile, smoke temp and movement profile, CO level profile, air movement profile. The number of repeat simulations shall be carried out until satisfactory results are achieved.
