FRP work of three chopped mat and two surface mat laminated with resin of 3 mm thickness at HWPK site.

FRP work of four chopped mat and two surface mat laminated with resin of 4 mm thickness at HWPK site.

Replacement of PP Flanges with FRP Flanges in existing pipelines. Job shall include cutting and removal of PP Flanges along with old stub end and installation of new stub end along with FRP flanges by carrying out welding and FRP Lining on joint. Flanges dimensions shall be as per ASME B 16.5 class 150# Flat Faced. Existing Pipeline size shall be 1"NB to 4"NB. 01 No. of joint will include two flanges and two stub ends.

Field Measurement, raw material, Welding, Fabrication, FRP lining with 4 chopped mat 4 mm thick and supply of spare PP Pipe Spools/Elbows/Tees/Reducers/Expanders/Special Pipe Fittings (suitable for opreating pressure 10 kgf/cm2g) etc of Size up to 3" NB and below along with PP Stub Ends and with FRP Flanges.

Supply of Ball Valves, flange type, manual handle type, Polypropylene (PP) 1-1/2" NB, Class 150#.

Supply of Ball Valves, flange type, manual handle type, Polypropylene (PP) 2" NB, Class 150#.

Supply of Ball Valves, flange type, manual handle type, Polypropylene (PP) 3" NB, Class 150#.

Supply of Check Valves, flange type, Polypropylene (PP) 3"NB, Class 150#.
