Demolition of brick /stone work ,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast RCC articles and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced/reinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Walling of Random rubble masonary, uncoused, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed .

All as item No 07 but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought up to courses for Granite or Trap Stone complete all as specified and directed .

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, bed plates, copings and the like including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 in bond stons for stone masonry and the like including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flush pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to random rubble masonry ,uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in back of wall complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length as in weep holes etc complete all as specified and directed .
