Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed..

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cessipts, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soft/loose soil all as specified.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

Removing excavated mateial n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L Hand packing of broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc, and raising (or lowering) to the required level.

M&L Moorum/red bajari filling in floors or pavings laid in floors or pavings laid in layers spread levelled and rammed including watering

M&L Plain cement concrete, type C2, (1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc all as specified and as as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Plain cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in cills, steps, bands,road kerbs, plinth courses,copings,bedplates,filiing gaps etc., and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating,necessary formwork,all as directed. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonary, type C1 (1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC nominal mix type A1, (1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation including raft footing foundation beam plinth beam bases for columns etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L RCC nominal mix type A1, (1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported onwalls, beams and colums in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies ,deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings,bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter,for rough finished surfaces of flat concrete..

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab floor slab landing and similer work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) ,for rough finished surfaces of flat concrete.

S&F MS Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden or concrete hand-rails straight prtion, dirlled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75mm thick, Plain Cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors even and rough finished to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 80 mm thick, M-40 grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of pcc block masonry and finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints plaster coats of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described of new bricks, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, in floors, fixed to walls including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L 600mm bore RCC pipes,NP2,laid and jointed complete with collars,including all levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Repair to pot holes, any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunkened surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg/10 sqm of paving bitumen blinded with 0.09cu.m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premix binder and chipping) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge and Applying Paving Bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, laying spreading premixed bituminous macadam using design mix formula, single layer with using mechanical paver using paving bitumen of penetration specified@ 4% by weight of total mix, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified, for consolidated thickness 75mm or less

Supplying, laying, spreading 40mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete with design mix formula with Paving bitumen not less than 5.5% using Sensor paver, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified..

M&L Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc of 2 mm thick on new surface or previoulsy treated road surface with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white/golden yellow) conforming to MORTH (Clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying paint complete all as spcified and as directed. Make: Asian/Shivalik or equivalent as approved by GE
