Dismantling or taking up defective submersible pump sets and lowering pipe, flange type of any size of any depth with pump set of any capacities after disconnecting the electric supply by manual or mechanical means and transport to workshop for repair and workshop to sites after repairing, placing, installation, lowering commissioning back to tube well and testing on full load, complete all as specified and directed.

Disassembled submersible pumps of capacities suitable for 7.5 HP to 22.5 HP motor for repair and re-assembling the same after necessary repair/ replacement of old defective/ damaged spare parts, complete all as specified and directed. Note: New spare parts and repair for old serviceable spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only ball bearing no 6310 and 6311 with existing specification ,ISI marked for motor of capacity 40 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing no 6312 and 6313 with existing specification ,ISI marked for motor of capacity 75 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable /brunt / old damaged submersible cable S & F new submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded, 16 sqmm, 3-core, conforming to IS: 694/1990 including making connection to both ends i.e. motor side and starter side with jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed Note:Labour required for replacement of submersible cable shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Taking out the unserviceable /brunt / old damaged submersible cable S & F new submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded, 10 sqmm, 3-core, conforming to IS: 694/1990 including making connection to both ends i.e. motor side and starter side with jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed Note:Labour required for replacement of submersible cable shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Disassembled and removal from foundation to 125/100/75 HP centrifugal pump-motar set complete and removing nut bolts and iron angle complete and breaking of foundation by any type by hammer , machine and refixing the same after PCC and frame work complete . (PCC and PCC work shall be masured and paid for separately )

PCC in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 Type-B 2 using 40 mm graded stone agregate, complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel in: Fe-290(Gde E-165)Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) including nut bolt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Development of bore well by Air compressor capable to work at pressure rage approx 300 to 500 PSI and capacity approx 1000 cfm continously for 48 hours to clean the slots of the pipe and to explore the possiblity of recouping of well with natural water table.

Testing of drinking water as per BIS & WHO guideline from state authority / IIT after lifting the sample from Pump house as per testing guidline enumerated in IS or complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :-If contractor do not sujbmit the testing report within one week after testing is completed as per norms a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day for delay for submission of report will be levied on the contractor (Sample testing in every three month).

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of sch of credit
