Providing & fitting fixing anodized aluminium partition walls of standard sections of approved brand, joints mitred and welded ( manufactured to relevant I.S. specificastion ) and fitting angle cleat ,m rubber gasket , bolting device screws etc. at all levels i) Partly 6 mm thick glass panes and 12 mm prelaminated board ply board

Providing & fitting and fixing anodized aluminium framed glazed doors with anodized aluminium frame made of 100 mm X 45mm X 2.5 mm section of approved brand with door style of size 88 mm X 45 mm X 2.5 mm , top rails 50 mm X 45 mm 2 mm lock rails 100mm X 45 mm X 2 mm and bottom rails 100 mm x 45 mm x 2.5 mm fitted with glazing clip, special type rubber gasket complete including hydraulic floor spring, pivot,tower bolt in each leaf, aluminium door handle , lock, angles , cleat etc. complete as specified and directed by the department at all levels 5 mm clear glass.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand paering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper on ceiling and in sloping roof

Proving two coats of Birla White wall care Putty ( Water Resistant white Cement based putty for concrete/morter walls and ceiling both internal and external ) after removing all loosely all adhering material from the wall surface with help of emery stone,putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department ( total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5 mm ) thickness 1.5 mm thick

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after thoroughly brusing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth

Extra over item for applying one coat of distemper primer/alkali resistant primer over ceiling and on slopping roof

Wall painting ( two coats ) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture ( Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI/J&N paint/Nerolac ) on new surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth ) Accrelic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture

Extra over item above for above for every subsequent coat of wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Neolac ) Acrylic emulsion paint approved brand manufacture ( Asian paint/ Burger paint/ICI paint/ J & N paint / Nerolac )
