M & L, Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M & L Reinforced Ready Mix Cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded aggregate), Foundation, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc.,basement slabs, underreamed piles and mass concrete in floors.

M & L, Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints (Thickness of concrete slab 150mm) filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’.

Formwork to edges of fair finished surfaces of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide.

Removing of existing floor finishes like Linoleum Covering / Rubber Sheet / PVC Sheet / Vinyl Sheet / worn-out Epoxy coats/ oil/ rubbish & like, including complete scrubbing.

M & L Epoxy Polyurethane (EPU) 5mm thick [Average 3.5mm thick Screed, 0.5mm (0.3mm under Screed & 0.2mm under Top-Coat) thick primer & 1mm thick top coat] flooring, approved colour. Manufacturer's 'Batch Test Certificate' for all the materials to be submitted prior to the application.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 1.50 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination .
