Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be dirrected except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of sharting strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layest of not mare than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix using country bricks ground maded of size 3/4"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for RCC column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel 3 angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all 5 RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase,steps, lands slabs etc., as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick Jelly withpure lime of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labourcharges for mixing, laying and finishing etc complete..

Finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.,

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete

Distembering two coats with ready mixed Oil Bound Distember of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removel of dirt etc complete

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete.,

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,
