Taking out 25/30/40HP centrifugal Pump from base frame after unscrewing nuts / bolts, inlet-out flanged pipes and dismantling the pump from motor including transporting into local workshop for complete servicing cleaning and lubricating/greasing and repairs and reassembling after necessary repairs which shall include the following elements – (i) Disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing the coupling nuts / bolts. (ii) Strip opening the pump and replacement of unserviceable parts other than mantioned herein after. (iii) Necessary lathe work or machining for complete repair to pump. (iv) Reassembling the pump and reinstallating in the installation including to and fro transporting charges upto local workshop. (v) All minor spare parts other than mentioned herein after as measured and pair saperately, shall be replaced within the quoted rate without any additional cost payeble to contractor. (vi) Complete assurance to EIC of vibration & noise free running of pumpset after adding of vibration pads (if required) and ensure proper alignment without any extra cost.

Supply only Gland packing made out of graphite cotton of size 8 mm suitable for 30/40HP CF pump set or valves complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Champion, Turner or equivalent as approved.)

Supply only Gland packing made out of graphite cotton of size 6 mm suitable for 15/25HP CF pump set or valves complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Champion, Turner or equivalent as approved.)

Turning and machining of 25/30/40 HP CF Pump steel shaft to match the existing size / design of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of Cast iron impeller 25/30/40 HP CF pump matching with manufacturers design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of bearing of 25/30/40 HP CF pump DE/NDE matching with manufacturers design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repalcement of neck ring for 25/30/40 HP CF pump with manufacturers design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repalcement of Sleeve for 25/30/40 HP CF pump with manufacturers design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repalcement of Shaft Protection cap for 25/30/40 HP CF pump with manufacturers design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel / cast iron coupling suitable for centrifugal pump of rating 25/30/40 HP complete with rubber tyre / coupling nuts bolts and rubber washer, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Making hole in the coupling matching with the size of shaft of pump and motor, cutting key slot shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Note for Ser item No 1.00:- For any defective part to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule, EIC approval shall be taken before declaring any part as defective. Required T&P such as lifting chain – pulley block and tripod (not less than 2 ton capacity and 20 feet lifting arrangement portable type ) or by crane and other lifting arrangement shall be contractor's responsibility and shall be deemed included in quoted rate). All minor spare parts other than mentioned above as "measured and pair saperately", shall be replaced within the quoted rate without any additional cost payeble to contractor. After repair of pump, pumpset should be in smooth running condition withour any vibration or odd noise.

Supply, commisioning and testing of submersible Pumping Set (against BER Pumpset) discharge 840 LPM with 147 meter head complete with submersible electric motor, 41KW/50HP suitable for 415V ± 10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ± 5%, Insulation Class ‘F’, Degree of protection IP 68, Ambient of 50°C conforming complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable foot valve along with connected 4 inch suction pipe after unscrewing the nuts /bolts, screws incl supply, fixing and testing of new foot valve assembly of size 100 mm suitable for 30 HP to 40 HP pump set complete with nuts /bolts and washers of appropriate size and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - The cost of following elements also included (i) Required T&P such as lifting chain – pulley block and tripod (not less than 2 ton capacity and 20 feet lifting arrangement portable type ) and other lifting arrangement complete. (ii) Taking out the foot valve assembly from sump. ( Appx. Depth of sump 15 feet and wt appx 200 kg ) complete with suction strainer etc incl replacement of disc and sheet incl cutting of pipe, welding and lathe work if required. (iii) Reassembling the same after repair to foot valve , lowering down reassembling and testing

Taking out unserviceable Non return Valve including supply, fixing and testing of new Cast Iron swing check type Non Return (Reflux) Valve With SS-304 Disc and Nitrile Rubber Lining. Shell Test Pressure - 24.5 Kg/cm g, Seat Test Pressure 16 Kg/cm as per IS 5312, part-I, PN 1.6 without bypass arrangement, ends flanged suitable for 200 mm bore pipe complete with nuts /bolts and washers of appropriate size and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for dismantling centrifugal induction motor of capacity 40/30 HP, 3 phase from foundation and transport to work shop for rewinding, taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding with copper wire of suitable gauge or as per existing gauge complete including all required insulation material and transport back to site after testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor. b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor. b) After dismentling of induction motor repair of PCC foundation work will be executed during the winding work with replacement of base frame of angle iron of existing size of angle if found damaged or deformed. These items will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, filled around with layer of char coal dust and salt and connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolt, nut and check nuts and washers of galvanzied iron or steel and other end of the earth strip, connected to test point/equipment/panel and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 50mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:3:6 in chambers, RCC 1:2:4 in pit cover reinforced with 6mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm centre to centre both way including necessary excavation & earth work as directed complete all as shown in electric plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-I. PCC chambers shall be constructed at leasts 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Material & Labour in replacement of the unserviceable contactor 3 pole of AC3 rating upto 40 Amp or as per existing rating and 220 V/415V coil rating complete with all new wiring including thimbles and lugs,nuts and screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for replacement of old us base frame of centifugal pump set made out of angle iron of size ISA 5050, 50x50x6mm or medium channels of size MC-100 including cutting, drilling hole or welding work required to make desired shape or existing size duly paint with one coat of primer red oxide and two coat of enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: The base frame should be grouted complete in PCC foundation and should be taken necessary bearing strength before the installation of induction motor.

Material & Labour for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/Starters complaint at Boosters and rectify the same, rates are also included for replacement of suitable thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts, Al/Cu busbar of existing/suitable size, cable jointing with tap and multistranded copper cable piece upto size 35 sqmm upto 2mtr length , gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items complete all as specified and directed. Note: Complaint should be rectify withing 06 Hrs otherwise pealty of Rs. 250 per day will be imposed.

Supply and fixing high quality ACP sheet board at installations of size minimum 5 feet x 3 feet with router cutting letter blue base of sheets and white colour acrylic letter with complete fitting of minimim 2 Nos LED lights of 20W of 4 feet including wiring from existing DB board complete all as specified and directed. Note: Details/description of printing words will be provided by department.

Supply and laying in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 25 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement on load change over 3 phase and neutral of 250 A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal gate valve brass of 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4P, 415V , 36 KA breaking capacity, 200 Amp adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including suitable thimble nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with gray cement confirming to IS - 15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade as in path, hard standing etc laid over 25 mm compacted sand cushioning, at any installation as per requirement including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 3P, 415V , 25/16 KA breaking capacity, 100 Amp adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including suitable thimble nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out pump set along with column pipe flanged 100 mm bore with 2 nos submersible cable from bore hole of tube well with the help of chain pulley block or tripod located in different location by dismantling nut bolts and rubber gaskets and lowering down the same by refixing nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting repairable motor pump set to workshop ,taking out burnt winding wire from submersible motor of capacity 50/62 HP 3 phase, rewinding with suitable size of PVC coated copper winding wire including replacement of burnt bushes complete all including insulation material and transportation back to site, testing and commissiong complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i). The any electric fault occur during the running of the motor will be detected by the contractor rectification of the fault and rate are deemed to be included in the item. (ii). The motor burnt due to improper cable joint of submersible cable will be beared by the contractor. (iii). The motor burnt due to earth fault due to poor insulated winding will be beared by the contractor. (iv). The cost of 2nd time burnt of the motor due to phase loss, cable fault, or any reason as mention in Para 2 (i) to 2 (iii) will be beared by the contractor.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly and making the pipe line leak proof completely to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes of size 200mm bore with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329 including taking up/down old U/S CI/MS/DI/GI pipe with fittings complete all as specified and directed.
