Prime Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water( <1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg organo silane nanotechnology :100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI :200 litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1 Kg per sqm on compacted stone base . Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MoRD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetres) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred to one twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregates 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 5.5 % (five point five) percent of mix weight or as per design mix with Nano technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause 507 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimetres into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimetre into twenty five milimetres into five millimetre).
