Supply fitting fixing and comissioning all complete Drain valve 150 mm dia at Raw Water collecting well ( Make IVC or equivalent of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty)

Supply fitting fixing and comissioning all complete Open Channel flow meter (of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty)at Collecting Well & Parshal flume

Supply fitting fixing and comissioning new Gear Box ( Ratio 20:1) and Motor (rating 5.5KW) at Flash Mixture ( 2 nos ) and floculattor unit ( 4x2) after taking out damage one.(of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty) a ) Gear Box Set ( 20:1) including replacement of rotating shaft ,Pained the whole aasemly with epoxy based paint

b) Motor ( 5.5 KW )

Repair Renovation with spare parts of existing Gear Box ( Ratio 20:1) and Motor (rating 5.5KW) at Flash Mixture and floculattor unit ) and making the whole system in oparative mode. Continuously (of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty) Pained the whole aasemly with epoxy based paint a ) Gear Box Set ( 20:1)

Supply fitting fixing and comissioning of Telescopic bleeding (150mm) and in De-sludging actuated operated Valve(350) area and actuators for both Clarifier (of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty) Pained the whole aasemly with epoxy based paint a) Telescopic bleeding valve (150mm)

b) sluice valve ( 250mm )

Repair Renovation of Rail, for Clarifier and making the entire system in running condition .(Repair of spare parts of 3 years warrenty )

Repair Renovation of V Notch for Clarifier and making the entire system in running condition.(Repair of spare parts of 3 years warrenty )

Repairing and Renovation of Azitator Motor including change of gear oil, oil seal etc with fixing of verticle allinment for proper running of flash mixture.

Repair Renovation of actuator operated valves at Filter House by taking out old damage actuator operated valves including spare parts of actuators and instalation of same making all the valves in oparative mode continuously (of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty) a) outlet valve -350 mm ) Pained the whole aasemly with epoxy based paint

b) Inlet valve -400 mm

c) Drain valve -700mm

d) Wash Valve -600mm

e) Air Valve -200mm

Repair and Replacement ( old damage parts only ) of Control Console panel of Filter House Controller leavers, float, Rate setter scale and gate, Orifice pipe ,funnel plug, ROF gauge ,LOH gauge , Siphons, Lateral pipes etc and other eqipments related to control Chamber panel of Filter House and making the whole system in functioning mode continuously.(Repair of spare parts of 3 years warrenty )

Repairing of Air Blower and Motor of existing capacity and making it functional oparation mode daily.(Repair of spare parts of 3 years warrenty )

Remove of old damage lining Scrape from 2 nos Alum Tank each (3.810x3.68 x1.25 M) and PE tank and fabricating with new FRP lining at base and wall

Supplying fitting fixing and comissioning of Agitator, Blade with new of gear box and motor within existing System (of reputed approved brand and with 3 years warranty) a) Blade

b ) Gear Box Set ( 70:1)

c) Motor ( 5.5 KW )

Repairing, Renovation with spare parts of 5 Nos motor with reduction gear including change of gear oil, oil seal, bearing coupling and repairing of main panel including change of conductor, relay, transformer etc for receiving power from central collector box.

Repairing and renovation with changing of spare parts of alum crusher machine, change of MCV panel board, overhauling of motor for crusher machine all complete and commissioning.

Replacing of old perforated pipe on alum tank, control valve, ss flange, PVC pipe, including changing of control valve, 100 mm dia flange, MS "T", chlorine valve etc all complete and commissioning.

Repair, renovation by changing of wornout glaze tiles in clarifloculator Launder
