S&F in repair white vitreous china wash hand basin of size 580 x 440 mm, fixed over & including MS brackets comprising of the following items :- (a) Waste fitting 32 mm dia brass chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nut, flange end, bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete. S & F in repairs two piece wall hung / floor mounted EWC with cistern size 65.5 x 36.5 x 75.5cm including custom made seat cover and twin flush fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cera Campbell Cat No: 2099 or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B' to PS.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 mm thick of size exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles thickness not less than 7mm size of tiles 450mmx300mm as in skirting / dado etc laid jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the tiles over & including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shed vitrified coloured tiles not less than 10 mm thick of size 600x600mm in floors/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed be in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of granite tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons cills or plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n. exc 2km. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or stone walls to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (as second coat), over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (as first coat) on stone / PCC blockmasonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and applying cement base wall care putty 2mm thick on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of pastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of HDPE service water tank of capacity exc 250 litre & up to 500 litre and connected circulating pipes at any position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots etc or any other foreign material from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush, draining out the water from the tank and washing internally with water & bleaching powder (0.10 Kg of bleaching powder will be mix in 1 litre water) and again draining out the water from the tank and writing the date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) For item to be replaced under repair (day to day complaint) contactors trade man should report to complaint cell daily and take complaint from concren JE and after attending complaint he should give feedback and return the complaint slip to concern JE in the evening at 17.30 Hrs on same day. (ii) B/R complaint to be attend within 24 Hrs from the receiving of complaint, other wise panalty of Rs.500 per complaint per day will be imposed on contractor. In this regard decision of EIC and GE will full, final and binding to contractor. (iii) Being a maintenance contract site will be handover to contractor as per complaint received from user and as per site requirement. (iv) Rates for above shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor against BoQ/Sch 'A'. No extra payment in this regards be made to the contractor.
