Random rubble masonry with hard stone from quarry in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6: coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortor 1:8 (1 cement : 8 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement All work upto plinth level (M15 mix).

15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying of Dry stone soling of 2nd class stones

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – all work up to plinth level(1:4:8).

Cement concrete flooring (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding cost of noising of steps etc. complete 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crushed)
