Painting the outside walls of newly constructed first floor with Acrylic exterior paint of approved quality and colour (Asian/Berger/ICI make) two coats over the one coat of white cement coating & one coat water based approved quality exterior wall putty after cleaning the surface at all heights and levels including all cost and conveyance of materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Painting Synthetic enamel/ polyurethane ( matt or glaze finish) paint for Steel work , doors, windows, wood paneling ( Asian/ Berger/ IC Dulex/ Nippon Make ) and colour two coats after thorough surface preparation by rubbing sand paper/ Wire brushing , cleaning, buffing the surface, filling crack with crack filler / NC Putty etc. etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials ,hire charges for tools and plants, all labour charges, loading-unloading charges, hire charges and labour charges for scaffolding work, all safety appliance such as safety belt safety net etc. complete as per standard specification.
