Operation and guerding of 3 Nos. High Lift Pumping machineries, 3 Nos. Back wash pumping machineries , Actuator Valves, 11 / 0.433 KV 1 No. 500KVA transformer,L.T. Panel boards, VCB, HTAVR, local push bottom switches Chlorine House with 4 nos 2.2 KW booster pumping machinery and pre and post cnlorination system etc. complete with Switching ON/OFF of indoor & outdoor light of clear water,Sub-Station & Chlorine House , area light , high mast lighting complete with other accessories and ancillaries for 24 hours a day and cleaning of the CWR floor,sub-station rooms,Chlorine house & other equipments of daily basis by engaging skilled, semi skilled, unskilled personnel including watch & word personnel.

Periodical inspection, 2 times in a month (5 days in each visit) by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisor’ certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity ( Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor including Periodical inspection of gasious Chlorination plant for 2 days in a month by gas plant supervisor having valid supervisor certficate of the competency. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book ( with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in respective station. The electrical Supervisor requires to have through/ in-depth knowledge in inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves , gauges, hoisting arrangement, VCB panel,H.T AVR,LT Panel Boards, PDB panel Board, Cables. Capacitors etc. The gas plant supervisor shall inspect all equuipment viz, leack detection system, neutrilisation system, chemical pumps, blower etc. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work along with Log book, cotton Waste, Broom, Torch, Detergents, Liquid soaps, Gloves, Apron, Tools-Tackles, Terminals, Sockets, Fuses, Indicating Lamp, Gland Packing to be supplied by the Agency as & when required.

Upkeepment of healthy condition of all feeders cleaning of all contactors, terminal sockets, coil etc. ones in a month with the help of CRC-226 spray, grease , Lub oil etc. checking of all internal connection of all feeders panels , LT Panel /H.T Panel , wiring of starters , external wiring of the Sub Station. All the illumination , fixtures including timers & contactors etc. by engaging electrician having valid and appropriate Licence ( Work mans permit) issued by Directorate of Electricity , Govt. of West Bengal or any other State Govt. of India or personnel having ITI (Electrician) Certificate and all the parameters to be recorded in the Log Book with Date & Signature.

Day to day maintence of yard lighting arrangement including indoor light of clear water pump house, Sub-Station building,(out door lighting), chemical house, filter house, laboratory, chlorination room, office room, etc including minor repairing by providing switches, Led lamps, wire, fuses, sockets, pvc insulation tapes, including dismantling & refitting fixing of light fixures etc. as & when required for proper illumination arrangement of WTP as per direction of EIC.

Calibration & testing of various HT & LT electrical equipments relays, meters ,instruments ,interlocks etc. to ensure all equipments are in trouble free condition including testing and filtration & dehydration of 1 no. AVR & 1no. transformer oil by suitable method as per direction of E.I.C.
