Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Proving out of 15T EOT Crane along with Shrouded type DSL(Down Shop Lead) of 100 meter length & remote control including all Tools & tackles, Concomitant Accessories, Optional Accessories, spares & consumables as per the specification attached.

Eligibility Criteria will be as per SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER (at pages 1 and 2 of the attached SPECIFICATION). Firms to provide compliance for these Eligibility Criteria.

The Tenderer, other than OEM, to submit tender specific authorization letter from OEM along with the offer failing which their offer of the firm will be summarily rejected.

The OEM has to provide a commitment for Comprehensive AMC for a minimum period of 05 years after the expiry of the warranty period. In case the bidder is a seller or an Authorized Distributor, the above commitment shall be obtained from the OEM and submitted along with the bid. However, the Comprehensive AMC is not part of the scope of supply. It is only an optional provision and shall not be considered for commercial evaluation. The Consignee shall exercise the option of entering into Comprehensive AMC with the OEM after completion of the warranty period.

Bidders should sign, fill and upload Annexure- I, II, III, IV, and V mentioned in document Specification and Other Conditions attached with this tender.

Are you coming under MSE status given as per guidelines issued by Railway Board for purchase preference vide letter No. 2010-RS [G] -363-1 Dt. 05.07.2012 or latest.

If yes, have you attached valid documents towards being MSE?

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

Have you quoted delivery period correctly and precisely?

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

Additional ITC benefits or set offs after the date of tenderers offer- The tenderers further agree to pass on such additional duties and set off as may become available in future in respect of all the inputs used for the manufacture of the final product on the date of the supply under GST scheme by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly.

Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

The tenderers should not merely quote Entry Tax or Toll Tax etc. extra, as the rates quoted without specific rates will not be considered, and if the same becomes applicable, the same have to be borne by the suppliers. Therefore, if the tenderers desire to claim such charges, they should quote specific rate of tax or duty.

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

Firm to indicate make-model-brand offered if any.

1. The offers shall be evaluated based on the GST rate as quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter se ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN Number. 2. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder. 3. Whenever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the purchase order; payment shall be made as per GST rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the purchase order or billed. 4. Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax billed as per invoice to match the GST condition.

HSN code of the item shall be mentioned by the bidder.

Firm to mention GSTIN and attach GST certificate.

The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email lD). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser of the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.

Optional spares, if needed, shall be offered by the tenderer along with details of their advantages as specified in Clause 6.c. of Section-I of the attached Technical Specification, duly indicating rates. However, the cost of such optional spares shall not be considered for commercial evaluation.

The following items (as per clause 10. of Section-I of attached Specification) will need to be quoted additionally though will not be part of commercial evaluation. (1) Cost of Comprehensive AMC for five years after the warranty as per clause 17 of section- II. (2) Cost of preventive maintenance during 1st & 2nd year of Warranty Period. (3) Break up of individual items as per Schedule-IV and additional spares and items viz sling/lifting tackles as specified in Schedule-I (4) Spares with break up of individual items as per clause 5 and clause 14.4 of Section %u2013 II (5) Cost of Preventive Maintenance during the Warranty Period of 2.0 years.

All related erection material required for inspection and commissioning of crane and connecting up to electrical equipments with cable laying and fixing accessories shall be included in the cost of basic EOT crane (as per clause 9.b. of Section-I of attached Specification).
