External Painting and repairs to external plaster of G plus 2 Storied Houses in HWP K Housing Colony Rawatbhata during year 2024 25 Phase I

Providing and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints / weathercoat long life flexo of Berger make and approved shade over the plain plastered/ sand face / rough cast plaster/ RCC jalli / RCC fins/on old wall surfaces at all locations as required, applied minimum @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, ensuring an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats with surface preparation including washing the entire surface with water to attain a clean surface, preparing the surface even and smooth including necessary repairs to patches, scratches, filling of holes, cracks & crevices by using crack filling compound of aisan/JK or equivalant, including providing necessary scaffolding etc. complete up to 15 m height as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of old white wash/colour wash by thoroughly scrapping using wire brush & other suitable tools and tackles, sand papering the entire wall surface completely exposing the bare wall, cleaning with fibre broom and washing entire surface with water, preparing the surface even and smooth including necessary repairs to patches, scratches, including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Applying a coat of acrylic exterior cement primer as per manufacturer’s specifications at all heights up to 12m including all tools, tackles, manpower with scaffolding arrangement etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Dismantling old plaster of any finish and thickness including raking out joints and cleaning the surface with hard brush for plaster from external walls/ceiling upto 12 Meter heights & at all locations etc., manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials/rubbish to the dumping area with all lead & lift as directed by EIC including providing all labour, tools, tackles, machinary and scaffolding etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the EIC.

20 mm thick Cement Plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and a top layer 8 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) finished on exterior masonry and concrete surfaces upto 12 Meter heights & at all locations etc. including supplying and adding integral liquid waterproofing compound suitable for plaster like Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+/Fosroc Conplast WL or equivalant in required proportions as per manufacturers specifications in mortar, making grooves of required size at joints and wherever required, cleaning the surfaces, hacking if required, providing & applying neat cement punning before plastering, curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per the specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Providing & fixing 22 gauge Chicken wire mesh not weighing less than 0.35kg per sqm at between junctions of column/beam and walls, 150-300 mm wide (as directed by EIC) fixed with U nails @ 150 mm centre to centre before plastering the junction, including cutting to the shape, providing U nails, fixing in position at all height & location, required scaffolding etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling CI or asbestos rain water/sewer pipe of 100 mm dia with fittings with clamps at all heights upto 12 meters including stacking the serviceable material & disposong the unserviceable material within 500mm lead etc all complete as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing cast Iron rain water/sewer pipes of 100 mm diameter, Single socketed pipes conforming to relevant IS code at all heights up to 12 meters and levels, including jointing with cement Mortar 1:1 with hemp yarn etc. complete with all necessary fittings, fixing to the wall with battens and MS clamps at all height up to 15 mtr including all necessary arrangement like scaffolding, removing of existing asbestous/PVC pipes etc., depositing in colony civil office etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing sand cast iron accessories like bends, shoes, cowl etc. for replacement of damaged accessories of rain water pipes of 100 mm diameter at all heights up to 12 meters, joining with polymer modified cement mortar 1:1 with hemp yarn etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
