M & L for 16-18 mm thick Machine cut kota single piece stone slab of size 22''x22'' for flooring over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, bevelled edge of corner etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L kota stone mirror polished slab with uniform texture of 16-18 mm thick in trader of steps (to be flushed and provided with three Nos of grooves at the end on each step), riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars in one single piece (size decided by Engineer-in-Charge) laid over and including cement screed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , bevelled edge of corner etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor of WC and bath not exc 300mm deep and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc.(c) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd.(d) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with as specified. Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

Screwing existing steel tubing of size 50 mm for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) and inserting Tee of size 50x25 mm or 50 x20 mm as per site requirement complete all ass pecified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable gate valve of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:-Tenderers may plaese note that amount of schedule of credit as given on Page No. 74 shall be deducted at the time of acceptance of tender to arrive the contract sum.
