Empanelment of Consultant Architects for preparation of Architectural/Structural drawing as per IS 456 including proof checking of structural design, Air Conditioning, Solar lighting, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm, EI/PH/other Allied Services drawings based on eco-friendly, energy efficient and green building concept, Soil Investigations, preparation of DPR, Rough Cost Estimate/Detailed estimate on HSR basis and BOQ etc. for construction of Buildings at GJU S&T, Hisar for a period of three years. Note:- The quoted rates for new buildings shall be inclusive of external PH & EI services and development work such as parking/approach road etc; and noting extra shall be paid for these and only plinth area of the building shall be measured for payment. Rate to be quoted without GST in Rs. Per 100 Sqm plinth area of the building to be calculated as per IS Code (quoted rate shall be inclusive of element of external services/development works) (For new buildings).
