Taking Down Shutter but exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frame for doors windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Flush shutters, 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides as per SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Acrocem/ Snowcem and equivalent.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint on new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
