Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and whown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion. (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. Taking shut down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity 400 to 500 KVA by unscrewing the nuts/bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nut/bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge.

Taking proper shutdown , disconnecting the LT and HT electric main from transformer of any capacity, removing the transfomer of any capacity from pole/structure/ platform shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coil to facilate necessary repairs, rewinding/reconditioning reassembling the tranformer, bringing back to the site, taking out dehydrated old trasformer oil and connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT including testing complete all as specified and directed. (winding wire and othe items mentioned in schedule will be measured and paid separately)

Rewinding/reinsulation of LT/HT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the brunt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled DPC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate gauge including filling insulation paper etc all as specified and directed by engr-in-chage Note :- (i) Weight, number of turns, gauge, insulation of winding wire shall be as per OEM. (ii) Work of rewinding shall be carried out through OEM or their authorised vender only.
