Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs. in jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work & steel in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level :

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level :

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including, shutter, strutting, propping and centering etc. height of propping and centering, supporting floor to complete not exceeding upto floor 4 mtrs and removal of same.
