Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Chisiling and Wedging work (Soft Rock)

Pick work and Jumper work 50%

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade for CC lining in pick work complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dressing of side slopes verrtical and preparation of sub grade for CC lining in pick work complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinthc omplete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batterns and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (Concrete grade shall not be less than M25) :-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

In Vertical walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (Concrete grade shall not be less than M20) :-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

In Vertical walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5;10 (1cement :5sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm. to 300mm as per H.P.P.W.D specification complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfcation of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of P.V.C. water stoper seal of requirement size 230 x 10-12mm thick complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 1.80 long RCC fencing posts with 6mm bar nibs as per approved design (earth work to be paid for seperately) complete in all respect as per direction and to be entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Supply and Fixing Galvanised Mild Steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 Type-10) weighting 9.38 Kgs./100 metres (Minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing with and provision of GMS wire staples of steel kpins etc and straining to bolts shall be paid for seperately complete in all respect as per direction and to be entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.
