Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel work of Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in framed work, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, railS&Fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ -150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and washers of 68 mm fine thread for MS Pipe purlin and double threaded for wooden purlins as per sutaible distance as guided by AGE/ GE and finally complete all as Specified & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes, ( ISI Marked), single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110mm bore ( ISI Marked), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage n.exc, 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc, 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a ture surface omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete or subbase of flooring /hardstanding laid to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring including finishing the top surface even & smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches,not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth; for foundation or for laying cable or for pole etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick with in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth courses, parapet , coping , kneelers, apex stones , bed plates , water throughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded / chamferred angle and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I) .Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300X300X7 to 8 mm thick, in floor etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles.Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE .Complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (ii). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of cement based paint for each building. (iii). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (ii). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of cement based paint for each building. (iii). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete incl. necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade ISI marked with all fittings(such as bends, elbows, Tee short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions, including short lengths etc.) ( heavy grade ISI Marked) , fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade ISI marked with all fittings(such as bends, elbows, Tee short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs,unions etc.) ( heavy grade ISI Marked) including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete . complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Swivel shower of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15mm pipe. (Minimum weight 40 gms) including shower arm of suitable long with bend of 45 degree with flange of PTMT any colour. (Minimum weight 40 gms).Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stop valves, cast copper alloy, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) of size 15mm bore, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note- Chromium plated fitting shall be brought in store yard first as approved by GE / AGE (I) and will be issued subsequently for fixing at site.

S & F 15 mm bore chromium plated bib taps, fancy type ( long body) cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule Complete all as specified and directed. S & F Towel Rail 600 mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromimum plated brass screws and wooden / plastic cleats (Min weight 190 gms) Complete all as specified and directed.

Provided and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern confirming to IS 15658-2006 as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Design / shade of rubber moulded machine presses precast concrete as approved by AGE (I) / Engr-In-Charge.)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jounted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of jounts except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
