M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside overhead reservoir capacity 75000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using oxidizing agent such as TERBAC GS, TERBAC-G-65 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAYor equivalent as approved by GE. 2. Seven stages are as under plants:- 1. First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. 2. Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. 3. Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. 4. Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. 5. Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of tater tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. 6 . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. 7. Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65. Note :- (i) Cost of staging and necessary working platform shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall ensure necessary safety precaution and insurance of workers during execution. (III) The quoted rates shall deemed to be included the cost of writing date of cleaning, due date and capacity of tank on the wall surface of the tank (iv) Duration of cleaning of tank shall be 6 months. (v). Contractor shall provide the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning, Name of site & Certificate conforming the completion of sterilization of water tanks

Note: (Applicable for items 11 to 14 of this BOQ) (a) The contractor shall produce manufacturers "Certificate of Compliance" indicating date of manufacturer in original alongwith every consignment of supply. (b) Test certificate from Govt approved Test Laboratory shall accompany with every consignment of supply to ensure that the materials supplied are in with conformity with relevant IS.

Supply and fix in replacement of microprocessor based high pressure dosing pump, single head adjustable high pressure not less than 10 kg /sqmm.cm power input 230v 50 Hz 40 SPM 1/30 fractional horse power minimium output 6 ltr/hr with necessary accessories like lead tubing connecting ferrules,check valves etc dosing tank top dia not less than 540 mm x bottom dia 480 mm x height 575 of capacity 100 ltrs, consisting ot all connecting accessories as existed complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for bactrological /chemical testing of Raw / treated water sample collected from different take over points at various water supply installation by the representating of natural testing labouratory (Govt Approved) in presence of MES representative as directed by GE and furnishing of detail report as per IS 10500:1991 indicating quality of water sample by provision of water quality parameters such as PH value, Chlorine , turbidity, iron content etc as per WHO norms all as specified and directed. Note:- Payment shall only be made after furnishing the report.

Developing tube well with air compressor of suitable capacity till sandy/muddy free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve maximum discharge capacity of 25% extra with accessories and DHPP arranged by the firm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The unit rates include for arrangement of air compressor and related accessories, tools etc for developing of borewell no extra payment shall be made on this acount.

Material and labour for yield test for the developed bore well by continously pumping for 16 hours with 25% extra of 15/22.5 HP capacity pumpset to determine safe pumping yield complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite having 65 % - 70 % available chlorine packed in 45 Kgs plastic drums for water treatment chemical each all as specified and directed by GE.Make: E-in-C's approved make/Equivalent Eastern Command approved make. NOTE :- Approval of chemical (calcium hypochlorite) shall be given after verifaction of test certificates of chemical of various manufactures and other factores like chemical and safety and health hazard aspects of usage of chlorination ii) the brand / make of the chlorination of chemical must be stated in production and certified by govt laboratory confirming compliance of specification suitable for drinking water with a declearation from the laboratory that from the technical strengh stability health safety and operation point of view this product is used for drinking water applications for consumption by humans and the brand/make of calcium hypochlorite is suitable for drinking water chlorination and its sample has been tested by Govt Laboratory.

Supply only bleaching powder of grade confirming to IS-1065-1989 (2nd Revision) minimum markable chlorine 33.5% by mass packed in HDPE bag of 25 Kg capacity ISI marked complete all as specified.
