Repair of existing outlet channel near NH at trout fish farm Patlikulh , District Kullu (H.P.)

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumping or bailing out water upto all lead and lifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etcetra as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (one cement : two fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6coarse sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (one cement: four fine sand)as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
