8722 Repair to roof treatment, flooring, plastering and misc works at DRDL Kalinga under AGE I R n D NSTL Visakhapatnam

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including roof plaster and removing the debris to a distance exc. 500m and depositing out side MD land all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on Concrete Roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

(a): - M& L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue /dirt, oil and Greece etc all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. (b) M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt/loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge . (c) M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same materials as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic. (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete. (iv) Tensile strength – not less than 2.0 N /Sq.mm for free film. (v) Elongation – not less than 300%. (vi) Solid content by weight- not less than 60% (vii) Air/water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0 mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) : Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire – non inflammable.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces or fair face of brick work or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layered of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete including necessary GI tank nipples, taking down existing unserviceable tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
