Hiring of 36 Nos each month Multi Function Laser Jet Printers (18 Nos Colour multifunction Printer and 16 Nos Black Monochrome multifunction Printer for PCMM's Office CSMT and 02 Nos Black Monochrome multifunction Printer for Hajibunder Depot, Sewri Mumbai) for a period of One Year from the date of complete Installation of Printers. Make HP, Epson, Samsung. Model HP model M1005 MFP Black Monochrome copy Printer and for colour Epson L3150 MFP wifi Colour Printer or similar or higher will be preferred.

Penalty Clause :- (a) For delay in repairing/replacement of printer for more than 24 hours, penalty 1 percent of the quarterly bill will be charged per printer per day and the same will be deducted from firms quarterly bill. (b) For delay in replacement of empty cartridge/toners/ink for more than 02 hours, penalty 1percent of the quarterly bill will be charged per printer per 02 hours and the same will be deducted from firm's quarterly bill payment.

Payment will be made on Quarterly basis.

Firm should supply & install the Latest Multifunction Printers. The Printer Model of all the required quantity multifunction printers (MFP) should preferably be same and in good working condition. The printer should have in built facility/function of print, copy and scan. Printers should have a USB & network Port connection with sharing or networking to connect to computers.

Repairs, Maintenance & Networking of the printers shall be borne by the firm at their cost including spares, Consumables, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.

Firm should replace empty cartridge,toner,ink within two hour of the complaint during office hour i.e. 09.30 am to 06.00 pm hours and also keep minimum nine (five for colour printer and four for monochrome printer) additional,extra cartridge,toner,ink bottles of Multifunction Printers for emergency purpose with the Chief OS or CDMS of Computer Cell of PCMM's Office during the entire contract period as a buffer stock.

Cartridge,Toner,Ink should be of good quality. Printing,copying should be clearly readable. If any patch or lines appear in print out/scanned copy, the firm has to replace the tonner at their own cost and do the needful to clear the same.

a) Firm should supply sufficient quantity of cartridge,tonner,ink bottle every month for each number of printers hired free of cost (i.e for 2500 pages,copies for Black & White printer per month per printer free of cost). b) For colour printer, each black & colour cartridge, toner, ink bottle One number free of cost per month per printer if required.

Original Driver CD's of Multifunction printers should be compatible with Windows 8,10,11 with latest software to be kept in PCMM's Office.
