Earth work in hill road( hill side cutting/filling) Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all type of soils & rocks with E & B and BLB as met at site true to lines as per plain , X section, L section camber, supewr elevation as reqyired also i/c uprootin & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lead,lift and safe disposal of surlpus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/manual means indicated in the drawing without damaging forest and forest land i/c slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer in charge. Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Providing steel R.S.Js/built-up steel sections including cutting, welding/ rivetting, hoisting, fixing in position for composite girders with shear connectors complete with painting as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1205.6

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint including primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 &1202. (As per MORD specification no. 1002.1 and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6, Steelshall be procured from original/ primary steel producers only and no re-rolled steelshall be used.)
