Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement is to four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete size of tile 600X600 mm (Six hundred millimetre into Six hundred millimetre) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws :Kiln seasoned selected class of sheesham wood as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections ,joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm lugs 10 cm. long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cm x10cm x 10cm size of 1:3:6(one cement is to three sand is to six crushed graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size)or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings,including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.Side hung windows as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
