M&L water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris as specified and directed. (b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight). (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement concrete surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.30 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric. The over lap shall be minimum 75mm in length side and 100mm with side. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of concrete surface in CM 1:3 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement under roof treatment mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, roof padding etc. using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete block walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of rubbish off the premises and leave the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry, concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat by exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces and plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of distemper, white or tinted, over a coat of wall care putty 1mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450 x 350x 7mm as in skirting/dado etc, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid, coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of interlocking/tiles complete all as specified and directed.
