Taking down existing roof treatment in any postion and any thickness on RCC roof slab and debries to be disposed out of MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for roof treatement comprising of the following :-(a) 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 ltr per sqm . (b) Second coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm . (c) Third layer of 2 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane of 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron having Minimun weight 2.80 to 3.00 Kg/Sqm with 100 mm sides overlap & end overlap 150 mm. (d) Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702 of grade 85/25 for finishing the overlap joints etc.@ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on top surface in padding ,well compected and making groove 10mm wide X35 mm deep at a distance of 600 mm both side and filled with mastic bitumen in ratio 1:1( sand : bitumen) complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces and applying two coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage /seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified. Note : (i) Quated rate shall be deemed to be included for the work in building/ structure of any height.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 liter , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hoisting if required reconnecting & refixing in position and Cleaning & removing all scale & dirt, etc., from tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item 4.00 above exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 liter tank complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping / roof padding for tank platform etc. complete all as specified.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks capacity 500 ltrs (cylendrical vertical with closed top )hoisted and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks capacity 1000 ltrs (cylendrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed.(Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified.

Taking down steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

Taking down steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

Re-fixing only old steel tubing in walls ,ceillings ,floor with all fitting etc of 15mm bore complete all as specified.

M&L for 35 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete louvres and jallies (measured solid) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including all moulding and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M/L for precast cement conc. Post in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone masonry /block walling built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description and in any position including raking out joint hacking out for key & scrubbing with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonary surfaces of wall , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of plastered surfaces and applying 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaced of wall and applying two coat of OBD on newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as in ceiling/chajja etc and finished even & smooth complete all as specified.

Removing & Cleaning of existing loose concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer OR by manual chipping without damaging the existing good concrete or controlled sand blasting including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. complete.(Mode of measurement - breaking area of concrete ) and M&L for applying Rust remover Rebakens of Fosroc (coverage- 2.0-2.5 Sqm/ltr) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE incl cleaning the rebars Rebars which has not lost their life properly with mechanical means to remove the Loose rust and to achieve complete removal of dust before the application of REBAKELNS of Fosroc or Equivalent

M & L for application of bond coat over cement conc surfaces with a mix of Fosrock Nitobond SBR latex or equivalent & neat cement in the ratio of 1:3 dissolved in water to obatin a working consistency & applying the mixture to the surfaces to be plastered @ 5 Sqm per lit complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 -20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand of over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with Fosrock conplast WL admixture @ 150 ml/50kg or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to receive final rendering coat complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on Concrete surfaces of ceiling/chajja/ facia , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for 10-15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with Fosrock conplast WL admixture @ 150ml/50 kg or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE of cement & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified.

Preparation of new surfaces of wall & Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for providing steel scafolding & formwork etc for supporting RCC Slabs etc for carrying out the rehabilitation works complete all as specified. Note:- The steel scaffolding & formwork etc catered for in the items above is for supporting the RCC members during the period of their structural rehabilitation. The scaffolding & formwork shall not be removed until the RCC members have gained sufficient strength. The decision of GE shall be final conslusive & binding in respect of the extent to which the formwork is to be provided & time of its removal.

Makeup lost steel area due to corrosion by providing additional steel reinforcement, confirming to IS 1786:1786-2008, having a minimum yield strength of 500 N/mm2. Anchor the steel rebar in sound concrete body up to desired depth by structural GRADE pure Polyester resin based cartridge filled and applied adhesive like LockFix of FOSROC or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE. Fixing of rebars is to be with pre left binding wires with existing steel at regular grid after aligning concrete profile with new mortar up to existing steel face complete all as specified.

M&L for Drilling holes for pressure grouting of 25 mm dia., 50 to 75 mm deep in RCC structural members at the intervals of 350 mm in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-in-charge, cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, fixing Teflon perforated nozzles in RCC members in cleaned holes by applying thixotropic epoxy mortar to ensure complete sealing and cutting of nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements and Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified.

Supplying and injecting Low viscous epoxy injection resin for crack injection grouting with (Conbextra EP10 of FOSROC or equivalent) of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE having Flexural strength of 40N/mm² in 7 days and Compressive strength of 45N/mm² in 1 day, by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, all tools and materials complete all as specified. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications.

M&L for Providing and jacketing the distressed concrete elements in patches using Single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified cementitious micro concrete such as Rendrock LAxtra of Fosroc make or equivalent that achieves a compressive strength of 35 MPa in 3 days (BS 1881), Flexural Strength 09 MPa at 28 days as per BS 6319 Pt-3, Tensile Strength 3.5MPa in 28days as per BS 6319 Pt-7,by “Form & Pour” method inclusive of Manpower, Material and Equipment. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing necessary formwork all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 1mm dia and 1"X1" apeture square or hexagonal multithread HDFE Coplymer bird proof netting ultra voilet resistant fixed with nylone rope with 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-laminated galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified. (Make: JSW & equavalent)

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering,ridge /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

M&L Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
