Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size,including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surpulus excavated soil as directed,including all leads and lifts.(a) in ordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing all work upto the plnth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand : 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (M20)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete, including the cost of cenetering, shuttering, finishing. All the work upto plinth level; 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supply of MS Steel bar (including supply).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Supply & spreading of earth by earth work in exacavation by mechanical means(Hydrolic excavation )/Mannual means over surface area ,in treanches plinth , sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by rumming and watering including all lead lifts (land of earth supply to be arrange by contractor by his own cost ).

12mm plaster work 1:4 ratio (1 Cement : 4 Course Sand).
