RequiredThe bidder should be a Class-V and above Civil Contractor registered in State/Central Govt/State or Central PSU/ Govt. Undertakings throughout the country or who is having firm registration certificate issuedbytheState/CentralGovt,State/ Central PSU etc. Registrationunderprocessshall not be accepted.

RequiredThe Bidder shall have EPF, ESI, GST registration, valid labour license and enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum of one year experience including current year in BTPS with similar nature work in the last 6 years with satisfactory performance certificate issued by the not less than the cadre of divisional Engineer shall be submitted and should upload the experience certificate for documentary evidence.

RequiredEMD is Mandatory for every participant irrespective of MSME/SC/ST/BC- Vaddera. and should upload the scanned copy of EMD payment.

RequiredIncome tax Clearance Certificate: The contractor shall furnish their copy of PermanentAccountNumber(PAN)cardand copyoflatestincometaxreturnssubmittedalongwiththe proof of receipt

RequiredThose who have PEMD of Rs.2,50,000/-with TGGENCO are exempted for payment of EMD.

RequiredThe bidders who have paid EMD, shall invariably upload the scanned copies of online receipt of EMD paid in e-Procurement system and this will be the primary requirement to consider the bid responsive.
