Air Condition cap 62 HP VRF Type Inner Unit-22,Outer Unit-4, Make VOLTAS Material and labour for comprehensive annual maint for Air Condition cap 62 HP VRF Type Make VOLTAS With Following- INDOOR UNIT- 22 Nos, OUT DOOR UNIT- 4Nos GROUND FLOOR-4.00 TR-2 Nos, 3.20 TR -2 Nos,2.29 TR-6 Nos 2.03 TR-2 Nos, FIRST FLOOR-4.55 TR 1no,4.00 TR-1 No,3.20 TR-4 Nos,2.90 TR-1 No,2.03TR-3 Nos.Air Condition at Air Force Halwara, In existing location and position as under: (a) Routine service by (i ) checking motor bushes ,(ii) connection at main plug,(iii) cleaning of blower and condenser fan,air filter,evaporator and condenser coils & equipment. (iv) checking of grill and room temparatures.

Air Condition Cap 30 HP, (2X5.5 TR) 11 TR Ductable Split Unit (DSU) MODEL DCUSC55 DIMNR407 Type Make VOLTAS Material and labour for compreensive annual maint for Air Condition Cap 11 TR Duct Type Make VOLTAS with Following INDOOR UNIT -1 ,OUT DOOR UNIT-1 Air condition at Air Force Halwara., in existing location and position as under: (a) Routine service by (i)checking motor bushes ,(ii) connection at main plug,(iii) cleaning of blower and condenser fan,air filter,evaporator and condenser coils & equipment. (iv)checking of grill and room temparatures. NOTE for item No 1 to 2 : (i) The rates of spares deemed to be included for spares / material through dealer free of charge at no extra cost for the unit a result of normal wear and tear during contract period. (ii) Contractor shall arrange to attend the unit for any problems with the air conditioner throgh dealer net work only . (iii) The above Maintenace shall be done Through M/s VOLTAS LIMITED (iv) The contractor shall have to submit MOU as per format given in particular specifications from M/s VOLTA LIMITED Pvt Ltd and copy of comprehensive Annual Maint Contract from OEM within ten days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work shall be executed at risk & cost of the contractor. (v) The Plants Maints include complete maintenance of existing Plants by regular and systematically examining for smooth and efficient funtioning of the plants. (vi) Replacement of all major/minor defective/spares parts if damaged during AMC period and maintenace items required during AMC period are deemed to be included in the above rate .
