Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature forwaterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement,water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 partsintegral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 partsintegral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying thesame from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The materialshall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducingpermeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as perDIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystallineslurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The workshall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against anyleakage.For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

MASONRY WORK

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Providing and fixing in position factory made precast RCC M-40 doors and win frames having excellent smooth finish as per IS:6523 with reinforcement of 3 Nos, 6 mm dia main bars tied with 3 mm M.S stirrups placed @ 200 mm CC nad 6 numbers high strength polymer blocks of required size for fixing hinges including providing 6 no specially designed M.S galvanised sleeves for accomodating 6 mm dia fully threaded bolts for fixing hold fast on vertical members, providing suitable arrangement for receiving sliding door bolts and tower bolt etc all complete, as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of hold fast and cc block of 1:3:6 mix is also included in the item.) The frame shall be measured in running meter correct to two places of decimal.Door frame 100 mm x 60 mm.

Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to openings/ wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc

STEEL WORKS

Providing at all heights, levels and locations 0.45 mm thick Galvalume sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealant where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.<br>

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Supply and wiring points according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC conduit of minimum size 20 mm with specials conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 and with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988, fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50 cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, including providing switch board main and continuous earthing with No.14 SWG bare copper,required quantity of copper earth socket, brass bolt and nut crimping/ soldering etc complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white) etc. up to and including 6A modular type SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc. complete. DOCUMENTATION AND APPROVAL<br>"Charges for Preparation of all drawings submitting and getting approval from KSEB, submitting<br>of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction from KSEB, obtaining power allocation if necessary & power connection etc. for commissioning of the whole installation in<br>the premises.
