Availing Services to BESCOM Helpline Centre

1. (a) Minimum 5 years of experience in providing Manpower services to 24x7 Helpline centre /Call Centre / Control Room to any Government entities / PSUs / DISCOMs as on date of bid submission. (i)Meeting the Minimum Requirement-10Marks (ii) For every 1 year over and above 5 years-1 Mark upto 5 Marks

1.(b) Minimum 5 years of experience in providing Manpower services to 24x7 Helpline centre / Call Centre / Control Room to any Government entities / PSUs / DISCOMs as on date of bid submission. (i) Meeting the Minimum Requirement in any Government entities / PSUs-5Marks (ii) Meeting the Minimum Requirement in any DISCOMs-10Marks (iii) Meeting the Minimum Requirement in any ESCOMs of Karnataka-15Marks

2.(a) Bidder as a prime contractor should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of providing Manpower services to 24x7 Helpline centre /Call Centre / Control Room to any Government entities / PSUs / DISCOMs of value not less than Rs. 25.00 Crores during the last 5 years. Note Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10 percent per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. (i) Meeting the Minimum Requirement-10Marks. (ii) For every 5 Crores value of work completed over and above 25.00 Crores-1 Mark upto 5 Marks

2.(b) Bidder should have provided at least 370 numbers (80 percent of the total Man Power Requirement of 462 numbers) of Manpower services to 24x7 Helpline Centre /Call Centre service for any Government entities / PSUs / DISCOMs in any one year, during the FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. . (i) Meeting the Minimum Requirement-10Marks (ii)Meeting the Minimum Requirement in at least two years-15Marks

Detailed description of the Methodology and work plan for performing the Assignment (Bidders may asked to make a presentation on the above on any day, after opening of the technical bid at the Office of the General Manager, Customer Relation, BESCOM, Corporate Office, Bengaluru. Roll out plan and timeline. 4. Training and Quality Control. 5. Adherence to terms of Contract, Monitoring and Compliance. 6. Transportation and Refreshment deliverables. 7. Other deliverables such as uniform cloths, recruitment, payment etc.

3. The aggregate of highest Annual Turnover of the Bidder in any two financial years during the previous five financial years i.e., (FY 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) should not be less than Rs. 100.00 Crores. Note : The previous years turnover of the Bidder is updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turn over of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. (i)Meeting the Minimum Requirement -10Marks. (ii)For every Rs. 5 Crores aggregate of highest Annual turnover of any two financial years during the previous 5 FY over and above the 100 Crores-2 Marks upto 10 Marks
