Note :- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 01 No Welder and 01 No of helper on daily basis. (ii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (iii) Contractor or his auth rep shall sign the Attendance register and Demand register daily. (iv) Rs. 125.00/day shall be recovered for non deployment of labour as per demand register. (v) Material will be measured (after fixing) and paid separtely as supply only under respective items.
